The theme is love/hearts, what with Valentine’s around the corner. I actually really love creating for this holiday. There are so many fun possibilities. (You'll have to excuse the poor photos today - it was quite late when I photographed my card. But I couldn't miss the party!) I kept this card pretty simple because I intend to give it to my husband. The bow might have to go...it’s just so darn hard to not add one! I used My Heart for the sentiment and heart shape. I stamped it off the card just a bit for something a little different.
The plaid was created using two different border stamps from two sets: Heirloom Patterns and Pic-Nic Patterns. I stamped them both on the diagonal using two shades of pink and chocolate brown.

I was wondering where I could buy that patterned paper...SO excited to hear that you made it!! It's so gorgeous, Jennifer! Love the little off-centered heart...and I say the ribbon stays. It's too pretty to take off and the bold black and white dots makes it seem manly enough in my book:)!!
