Lots of crafting going on, including my newest obsession with quilting! This is Olivia's teacher's gift - a quilted tote bag with school themed fabric! I'm really thrilled with how it turned out:
And we've kept busy working on a Christmas puzzle. This will be an annual tradition, I can tell:
This past Tuesday we woke up to a little surprise...snow! Olivia was super excited because she also got to wear pajamas to school since it was the last day before winter break. There couldn't have been a better day to wear snuggle pj's!
And, speaking of snuggle pj's...how about matching Minnie Mouse fleece pajamas for mom and daughter?! We've spent many evenings cozied up in these, watching Christmas movies:
And Olivia got an early Christmas present this week when she got her top braces put on. Of course she chose to have them put on green and red elastic bands!
And, finally, a visit from Santa and Olivia's daycare. When she came home that day she told me, "Mom, Santa drives a gray car. I saw him leave." I guess the sleigh was in the shop that day! LOL...
For those of you who celebrate, I hope you are all enjoying this time with your family and friends. I know I'm feeling very reflective as this year comes to a close and I make plans for the new year ahead. Wishing you and yours peace, love and joy.
