Waltzingmouse Stamps Sneak Peek Day 3: Cabin Plaid, Half Pint Heroes Additions & Sheriff

Are you ready for the final day of sneak peeks for the eight new sets releasing tomorrow, November 2, from Waltzingmouse Stamps?  I know I am!  And today is a biggie!  I’m sharing peeks at three great sets:  Cabin Plaid, Half Pint Heroes Additions, and Sheriff.  Let’s get started...there's a lot to see!

First up, Cabin Plaid...and oh, how I am mad for plaid!

This is another full sized background stamp that will entirely cover the front of a card.  I went for a rustic look with this card and I think the plaid works so well with the Festive Foliage set.

I used a sentiment from Compliments of the Season 2, but what I love most about this card is you could easily switch out the sentiment and have yourself a great masculine card for a birthday, Father's Day or any occasion.  I die cut the center and popped it up with dimensional foam dots to create an inverted frame:

After die cutting the front, I couldn't just throw out the oval shape that remained!  So I created a coordinating gift tag:

 

I used another sentiment from Compliments of the Season 2:

 

Now, onto the other two sets for today.  First, a look at Half Pint Heroes Additions:

This is a great addition to the original Half Pint Heroes set!  I decided to create a baby card because I just couldn't resist this little teddy bear!  A.dor.able!

And I added some plaid for good measure!  And, finally, a look at the Sheriff mini set:

I used the boy image from Half Pint Heroes Additions and made him the focal point of this terrific sheriff's badge.  The sentiment is from Back in the Saddle.  I colored my "partner" with Copics and added a plaid design to his shirt using a colorless blender (love it!):
