This adorable set is a feminine follow up to Half Pint Heroes. Around my house, we are quite familiar with some very popular heroines, thanks to my seven year old daughter. I even found some inspiration that suited us both:
And I love the font combo in this set. It has been one of my favorites since the original Half Pint set!
This card was also inspired by my daughter, Olivia. I thought this would make a great lunch box card. She loves getting surprises at school. And, because it's for her, I just had to make a pink hot air balloon. She would travel in no other...lol! I mounted my balloon with foam dimensionals to make it pop out a bit. I colored my image with Copic makers and used my blender pen to add some pattern.
The clouds were created thanks to this technique I learned from fellow design team member, Belinda. This makes great clouds every time! I tend to just freehand cutting the shape rather than use a punch, but you can do whatever suits you best.
Thanks for stopping by today. Make sure you visit the other design team members to catch a glimpse of more Half Pint Heroines:
