So my newest color crush is gray and coral. I just love these two colors together! For this card, I got the spontaneous idea to try and stamp this sentiment from Half Pint Heroines into a heart shape. And what do you know...it worked! I curved the sentiment onto an acrylic block into one half of a heart shape. After stamping onto the cardstock, I laid the block onto the half heart I just stamped and used it as a guide to curve the sentiment onto the block again. By doing it this way I achieved a fairly symmetrical heart. I kept thing simple on the rest of the card, just opting to add a scalloped border from SEI along the bottom. I loved how this one turned out!
Don’t forget: There will be a prize of a stamp set of choice from a random drawing from comments left on the design team members’ blogs. You have until May 11th 11:59 PM, 5:59 AM Central, 3:59 AM Pacific and 6:59 AM Eastern to leave a comment.
Next stop is the talented Belinda Chang Langner! Thanks for waltzing with me today!
