I went bright with a lot of layers on this one, including some felt and ribbon! I pulled out three different Waltzingmouse Stamps sets to get the pattern I wanted. The main image is from Very Vintage Labels No. 10, which coordinates with the Labels Ten dies from Spellbinders. I don't have them yet, but this was super easy to cut out by hand. I embossed the frame with clear embossing powder, although it's hard to see in the photo. I used another design element from that same set to make the background pattern on the Vintage Cream layer. The polka dots are from Off Beat Background. And, finally, the sweet sentiment is from Sweethearts, one of my favorite sets. The final touches were a butterfly, hearts and rhinestones:
