One of my favorite color combos is Pure Poppy, Vintage Cream and Kraft. And it worked so well with the ribbon! I stamped my background using the smaller rose in the Roses in Bloom set. I just love this set! After adding my red layer and cutting out the oval with a Spellbinders die, I realized this quote from the same set worked perfectly. Last touches were a button, tag and twine (a few of my favorite things!):
And there you have it! Now you know I want to go back in my craft room and make a Christmas card...lol! Now make sure you check out today's sketch challenge and consider playing along!
Have a great weekend everyone! By the time you read this I'm likely out the door to a huge neighborhood wide garage sale near our area. This is an annual event, and although garage sales aren't really my thing, it's fun to see my husband and daughter get so excited to find bargains! My daughter has already packed her purse full of quarters from her "stash" and she's ready to go!
