The Dot Spot set is fun to use for creating great backgrounds. I inked each stamp with one or more colors before stamping it onto white cardstock: Aqua Mist, Water Lily Green, or New Leaf. I decided to use Smokey Shadow as my card base and I really like how it looks with the Aqua Mist cardstock I used for my sentiment. Note to self: do this again! And, it seems most cards only get better with a little bling, so I added some clear adhesive rhinestones to either side of my sentiment. It also helped to fill in the space. I love this swirly font combo from the Star Prints set.
Hope you are all having a great start to your week. I'm already thinking about the weekend and a few projects I need work on. April is nearly half way over and May starts the whirlwind of holidays and birthday in our families, so no time to waste!
