Season's Greetings

Well, baking day has nearly come to an end. Overall, it was a big success. I did ruin one batch of caramels and bought milk chocolate instead of white chocolate, but still, I'm pleased. I'm not happy about having to go back to the grocery store, however, but I'm still pleased. Now I need to package up what I've made. I hope to be back here tomorrow night to show you that! For tonight, another card I haven't yet shared. This was my "runner up" for my Christmas card this year. I like it a lot, but I really needed to go with a standard size card to fit my daughter's Christmas pictures inside:

I used the Turning a New Leaf set from Papertrey Ink to make a little wreath on this card. It was really easy to do because the stem on this particular image was curved. I just had to follow the curve and rotate my stamp as I made my wreath and they each lined up nicely. The finishing touch was to add some sparkly "berries" using Stickles:

Well, I gotta run. Since I have to get out for white chocolate, I'm thinking about stopping by the stores to buy those last few items. I'm hoping the "last Saturday before Christmas" rush has slowed down and it won't be a circus out there. Then it's back home to finish up some design deadlines. Oh, it never stops, does it???
