Sugar & Spice

Happy Friday to you all! I say, "Let the weekend begin!" And what are your plans this weekend? I am hoping to start (yes, start) on some holiday projects. First I'd have to figure out what they may be. It seems every year I have grand plans but little time. I am really trying to change that this year. It's a good thing I at least have a few Christmas cards made already! Including this one, my first card using Papertrey Ink's Holiday Button Bits set:

How cute is that gingerbread man? I knew from the moment I laid eyes on him that he would be mine, all mine (insert creepy laugh here). I love him so much, in fact, that I have a whole sheet of gingerbread men stamped and ready to cut out! I will resist making every card with him, but it's going to be hard. You know how I was with the stockings...well imagine all the different ways you can bake make him! And this sentiment from the Favor It Baby set is perfect-o for this little guy.

So, what are you...sugar or spice?

P.S. Don't forget to take my poll in the upper left hand column. Inquiring minds want to know!

I want to thank you for your great ideas!! I am a public health nurse for first time, low income mom's. We have them make a card for their baby (they write a note inside to their baby) and we are going to help them make xmas cards. We come up with a design and put kits togehter for them, to keep it simple. This is new to all of them and they love it!! your designs have been a great inspiration for us! Thank you!!

Jennifer, I absolutely LOVE this! So cute! I wonder...how did you stamp the little guy? Did you use white ink on the kraft paper?

Ooo a gorgeous design Jennifer - isn't it lovely that Wendy (above) will use it with her new Mum's! I may just have to lift it too - thanks so much for sharing.
