Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #14

Well, so much for posting more often! My last post was Tuesday and here it is already Sunday night! I tried, people, I really tried. And I'll keep trying, but I can't make any promises. Just know that the holiday season will soon be upon us and that always brings more posts:)

So today I spend a little time in my craft room, tidying up a little and trying to get somewhat organized. After my space was almost clean and clear, I wanted to create something. But I couldn't quite get started. When I need a little motivation, I like to visit other blogs. And tonight I saw that Dawn McVey had another color challenge on her blog. This is the first time I've played along, and I'm glad I did - it gave me the kick start I needed. This is what I came up with using the challenge colors, above:

Now, they don't call it a challenge for nothin'. This was a toughie! For one, I rarely use purple. I don't know why, but it's just not one of my "go to" colors. And then add the others to go with it, and I was stumped. But I'm happy with what I ultimately came up with, and the buttons (of course) made it so much more likable! You know how I'm lovin' the buttons these days...

Well, I really have to scoot. I need to do my "for Monday" things that I put off all day long. Hope you have a great week ahead! As always, thanks for stopping by!
