A Little Something

Happy Saturday! We are about ready to head out the door to do some school shopping. My daughter, Olivia, starts Kindergarten in just a few short weeks. Should I be freakin' out right about now?!? I'm not, but I'm sure I will. It helps that my daughter has been in Preschool for the past two years and she has been going full time since February in a daycare/Preschool setting. So I did my freakin' out a few months ago. I might be ready of And speaking of ready, Olivia got her first pair of glasses just the other day. Now she really looks like a school girl (please excuse the fuzzy photo):

I have to say, glasses have come a long way since I got my first pair when I was eight or nine! She looks pretty sassy, wouldn't you say? And she is really loving them. I was shocked, but she has kept them, loves to clean them, and even gets on her Dad about leaving his glasses lying around! And she says, "Everything looks so shiny!"

Okay, so onto a card! It's been about a minute since I last used Everyday Button Bits, so I thought I'd show you another card I made with this great set. This one uses the little cherry stamp:

I couldn't get the colors to show just right on this photo, but I love the Berry Sorbet and Raspberry Fizz color combo. It's so cheery! I cut the front side of the card a little shorter and stamped the sentiment on the inside edge. Just something different for a change. I like how it turned out.

I hope you are having a great weekend. Rest, enjoy, and stamp!
