I created this card for the Limelight Sketch Challenge. This is the first time I have created anything for one of these sketch challenges, and it was a lot of fun to come up with my own version using just the elements required. I used a Kraft cardstock base for this one, and I have to say that Kraft has become my new neutral at the moment. It goes with everything! And because I was using the Basic Grey patterned paper, I inked the edges on all of my pieces. (I don't know what it is about Basic Grey, but I always feel compelled to ink or distress my projects when I use it.) For my own special twist on the sketch, I added a strip of cardstock that I scalloped using my slit punch from Stampin' Up!, as I did here. And rather than use an image, I used the word "Everything" as my focal point and completed it with some ribbon and a clear button.
Something tells me this won't be the last challenge I participate in! I'll be checking back in with Limelight to see what other creative minds have done with this challenge.

Oh my gosh! I love it! The colors are great! I love the way you used the designer paper. The button is just the perfect touch! I hope you'll play along with more Limelight Challenges, you did a fantastic job!
