More fun with the Cuttlebug! I made this birthday card for my friend, Peggy, who is having a birthday soon. I embossed the card base with the Swiss Dot embossing folder. (I think I'm going to get a lot of use out of this one!) I also got a chance to use my new paper from Little Yellow Bicycle. This is from the Vita Bella Collection, and I think it's brand new. I stamped on top of the patterned paper and embossed in white. I wanted it to be a subtle design, but it was a little too subtle, so I ended up sponging some Blue Bayou over the image and using a tissue to remove the ink from the image itself. I added a tiny tag from the Tiny Tags die for the Cuttlebug and tied it onto the Dark Chocolate ribbon with some really fun, very unique "eyelash" ribbon. This stuff is so cool. I bought it a million years ago at a holiday craft expo. I don't recall who makes it, as I have taken it off the original spool. But it's fun to use and it's wired, so you can put it right where you want it.
The card got a very slight inking around the edges with Blue Bayou and New Canvas, and the tag also got a little Blue Bayou around the edges. Now I just need to find a gift...
